A: Yes all items come with a 100% authentic guarantee. CKC only offers the real thing to it's customers and nothing else!
Q: Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
A: CKC online only sells 100% new items. All items listed here are in pristine condition.
Q: I see 2 items with the exact same style but different prices, why the price difference?
A: CKC is a consignment store, so occasionally there are different prices for the same items. Rest assured that items are 100% authentic!
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship. All stock listed online are on hand.
Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
A: We suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide for comprehensive sizing info.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking link.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is not as described or the item is faulty. Please call us if you believed you may have received a faulty item.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the continental US only.
